The hotel's location was somewhat inconvenient, as it was quite a walk or a costly ride to reach the city center. the nearest public transportation was not readily available, and tours did not pick up guests from the hotel. the hotel was situated near a bustling night market, several shops, and restaurants. the rooms were well-maintained and decorated, with comfortable beds, plenty of electrical sockets, and a clean bathroom with basic amenities.
There was an upsetting incident where the housekeeping forgot to replenish a complimentary water bottle.

During my stay at this hotel, I was delighted by the beautiful and clean hotel. Everything looked brand new and the design was carefully thought out, providing a comfortable experience. The small kitchen area was a convenient touch, offering free juice, biscuits, and instant noodles. The location, although a little far from the main area, was easily accessible by a pleasant 30-minute to an hour walk or a quick and affordable tuktuk ride. On our last day, the staff were pretty good by cute us even after we had checked out and even treating us to homemade cake. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.

The property was clean and well-designed, giving a comfortable and new feeling. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the location was not a problem as it was easy to find transportation to the city center.
The wifi was inconvenient as it required constant logging on and would automatically log off if not actively used. The water pressure in the shower was weak, which was not ideal after a long day of activities.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the newly built hotel with its beautifully decorated rooms. The comfortable beds and pillows ensured a great night's sleep, and the abundance of electrical sockets near the bed was a convenient feature. We were pleasantly surprised to find that even though there was no official breakfast, the hotel provided complimentary light bites throughout the day in the pantry. This included coffee, tea, juices, biscuits, cup noodles, and fresh fruits. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms, toilets, and walkways all well-maintained. The complimentary and stable wifi was a bonus, allowing us to stream videos without any issues. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic, with numerous restaurants nearby, a 7-11 just a minute's walk away, and an active university area with plenty of good and affordable food options in the evenings.
Felt very secure during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

The rooms were designed to make a romantic ambience with dim lighting and scented candles, perfect for a romantic escape. the free coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch, as well as the complimentary breakfast items like pastries and fruits. the hotel is close to the main road, making it easy to catch a ride anywhere. the location was great for us because it was away from the bustling city center, creating a more peaceful environment.
The shower had weak water pressure, which was a letdown for a hotel that seemed to strive for luxury. the lack of dining options in the area made it challenging to find a nice restaurant for a romantic dinner.

The staff was friendly and offered to book us tours at a cheaper price. They also had a snack and breakfast pantry which was a nice surprise. The location was decent, not too far from public transport and key attractions.
The hotel was too far from the city center and there was almost no public transport available. The bathroom had no lock and the shower window opened to the room, making us feel very uncomfortable.
